With a close network and the innovative IT-integrated system Aleph 2000, current knowledge is accessible from the databases worldwide. The main library and the 19 departmental libraries are not just available to members of the Johannes Kepler University, but also to the general public.

Title search, book loan extensions or reservations can be carried out directly over the Internet. It is also possible to see which books are available at all Austrian libraries around the clock. Info-terminals as well as support from the Central Information Service (ZID) provide easy access to information and speed up research. A permanent update guarantees the effective use of the system.
