If you are interested in an internship with a company in Linz and surroundings, we will assist you in finding an appropriate placement. To that end we cooperate with CATT Innovation Management GmbH and its network of partners.
Internships are usually not paid, but some companies contribute to your living expenses.
During your internship you will have (exchange) student status with all rights and privileges. It is thus necessary that you register at JKU. We therefore strongly recommend you to come to Linz in Mid-September and Mid-February respectively and to take part in the intensive German language course, the cultural sensitivity training and other parts of the orientation before you begin the internship. During the semester you can take German language classes if your internship allows for it.
