The International Office arranges accommodation for you at the following two halls of residence.

To reserve a room for the length of your stay, please complete the section "Housing" on your application form and send it to the International Office.

You will receive a confirmation by email. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

If you would rather live off campus, information on private lodgings is available on the ÖH (Austrian Student Union) website in the "Börse" section. You can also search for an accommodation in local magazines i.e. Korrekt.

Internationales Studentenzentrum "Julius Raab"

General Information:
All rooms include a foyer, shower, toilet and living room in an area of 22 m2. Common kitchens are located on each floor. All rooms are fully furnished with a telephone, internet access and a plug for cable TV. Bedding is provided.
The monthly rent includes the cleaning services, all maintenance and utility costs and the use of most amenities.
The residence hall is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Restaurant, indoor swimming pool, solarium, sauna, winter garden, lawn, sports hall, bowling lanes, fitness studio, billiards, table tennis, tennis, squash, coin operated laundry facilities, parking.

Kepler Heim

General Information:
After renovation, the Johannes Kepler Heim reopened in the winter semester of 1996.

All rooms include a foyer, shower, toilet and living room in an area of 27 m². Rooms are fully furnished including Internet, telephone, TV and bedding are provided.
Several rooms have an integrated kitchen and common kitchens are located on each floor.

The office is open from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm and on Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.

Amenities:
Bar, 2 seminar rooms, parking.

Please note:
In the winter semester the room must be paid from September 15, in the summer semester until July 15!

If the room-mate moves out of the room during the semester and the double room is used as a single room, the price for a single room must be paid!

Studentenheim der Katholischen Hochschulgemeinde (KHG-Heim)

General Information:
The KHG - Heim was renovated in 1999. Room size varies between 11 m² (single room) and 17 m² (deluxe room). Deluxe rooms have bathroom facilities in the room. Double and single rooms contain one shower and one toilet for two single rooms each. For all other rooms, common bathroom facilities are located on each floor. Each floor has a common kitchen.

Each room is fully furnished and Internet and telephone use are included.
The bedding is provided by the student hostel, linen must be brought by the guest or can be rented from the student hostel (€ 2,90).
The office is open from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 7.30 pm, on Friday from 8 am to 6.30 pm.

General Information:
Rooms are fully furnished and include bathroom facilities within the rooms. Rooms are approximately 23 m² in size and feature all modern conveniences as well as telephone and cable TV access. Internet access is possible via telephone modem.
Bedding is provided, but linen must be brought by the guest or can be rented (€ 9 per month, changed every two weeks). A common kitchen and a TV room are located on each floor.
The reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Laundry facilities, bar, restaurant, pizzeria.

Please note:
The rent includes breakfast from Monday to Saturday (from 6.30 to 8 am).

The room has to be paid for a full calendar month even if you do not move in at the beginning of the month or don't move out at the end of a month.

The security deposit (€ 450) has to be paid within a few day after arrival.

Studentenheim der Wist (Wist-Haus Linz)

General Information:
The student hostel was opened in 1972. The WIST-Haus has 12 floors and four elevators. The rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe unit and sink. Recently renovated bathrooms and toilets are located in the corridor. Internet, telephone and cable TV are provided in each room. Twenty five new furnished common kitchens are available.
The flat sizes range from between 25,62 m² and 50,70 m², and are unfurnished. Each flat has a kitchen and a bathroom.
Bedding and linen must be brought by the guest or can be rented from the hostel for a one time fee of € 22.
The office is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7 am to 12 pm and from 12.30 pm to 4 pm, on Wednesday from 7 am to 12 pm and from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm, on Friday from 7 am to 12 pm.

TV room, bar, fitness studio, music room, photo lab, table tennis, parking.
