International Office

The International Office of Johannes Kepler University is your first address for information regarding your stay in Linz.

We provide the following services to exchange students:

• After nomination by your home university, we send you an information package.


• We arrange accommodation for you at local Halls of Residence (if requested).


• In cooperation with the Centre of Business Languages and Intercultural Communication and the REFI, we organize the pre-semester programme.


• Upon arrival in Linz you will receive at the International Office:
  
  • all necessary documents you will need for admission
  
  
  • information regarding excursions and further important information for your stay in Linz
  
  
• We provide continuous support - from your nomination until you return home and beyond.


• By means of our newsletter we inform you regularly of important deadlines, events etc.
  
• After completion of your studies in Linz, we will send your transcript of records to your home university.
