(Regular) international students must submit their application for admission
- by September 1 for the winter semester and
- by February 1 for the summer semester.
We strongly recommend to apply well in advance in order to allow for enough time to process your application and to obtain the visa (if necessary).
Applications submitted after this deadline cannot be considered for the following semester.
This deadline does not apply to students from member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area. However, in that case you are also advised to submit the necessary documents as soon as possible before the beginning of the registration period (for the winter semester by the middle of September and for the summer semester by the middle of February).
