Austrian Exchange Service (ÖAD)
The ÖAD (Österreichischer-Austausch-Dienst/Austrian-Exchange-Service) was founded in 1961 as an association of all Austrian universities and today is the most extensive non-profit organisation in international academic mobility matters.
The ÖAD is led by the Central Office in Vienna and runs local offices in Austrian university towns:
- Graz
- Innsbruck
- Klagenfurt
- Leoben
- Linz
- Salzburg
- Wien
The local ÖAD-offices provide their services to recipients of Austrian Government's scholarships, to incoming students, academics and guest researchers directly at their respective university.
